It was a big for residents  of Apapa Community in Lagos, the nation’s Commercial nerve centre, as Muhammed Bello-Koko, Managing Director of Nigerian Ports Authority, NPA, an agency of the Federal ministry of Transportation commissions N2.4 million  gallons  per day  capacity  rehabilitated  Apapa  Water Works facility  which had been out of order over the last 10 years.

In undertaking the rehabilitation of the dilapidated project, the NPA, Chief Executive Officer, CEO, may have seen it as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility to its host Community in the nation’s Commercial nerve centre.
