Worship4Change, a leading non- governmental organization has initiated pans to raise N75 million for indigent Children with special needs across Nigeria.That much was confirmed by Wale Adenuga, a Clergy man and Chief Resposibility Officer , CRO, of Worship for Change.
Pastor Adenuga, had said that the N75 million would be raised through ‘Green Worship 5.0’, a benefit concert that will hold on October 3, 2022, at Elevation Church, in the high brown area of Lekki, Lagos , the nation’s Commercial nerve Centre. He had said that the Green Worship beneficial Concert is being organised ‘’to create awareness and support for the indigent children, orphans and children with special needs’’. This year’s Green Worship Concert.ordng to Pastor Adenuga, will be the 5th in the series.
Pastor Adenuga, the Convener and Chief Responsibility Officer, Worship4Change, may have taken advantage of the Media parley on Thursday, September 22, 2022, to announce the planned Concert on October 3, 2022.
Given an insisder information, Pastor Adenuga, had said that this year’s Worship for Change benefit Concert Benefit will have in attendance the leading gospel singers from Nigeria and the North American country of the United States, including Nathaniel Bassey, Dunsin Oyekan, Panam Percy Paul, Bob Fitts, Moses Bliss, Victoria Orenze and 121 Selah.
Mrs. Dotun Akande, the founder of Puresouls Learning Foundation and Pastor Adenuga, Convener and Chief Responsibility Officer, Worship4Change, who incidentally is the founder of Cerebral Palsy Kids Learn Foundation, and Tobiloba Ajayi, during the Media parley to create awareness for this year’s ‘Green Worship 5.0’, a benefit concert in support for indigent children, orphans and children with special needs, had said that ther gospel singers billed for the five-hour long concerts are Gaise Baba, Sinmidele, Psalmos, Mairo Ese, Folake Umosen, Kng James, Chigozie Wisdom and Laolu Gbenjo.
Given the importance attached to the Green Worship Concert , to raise the N75 million , earmarked to take care of the indigent Children across the country may have informed why Pastor Adenuga had called on interested individuals and corporate organisations to register to attend and register at https://worship4change.org/, stressing that ‘’one key additional feature to this year’s event is that “we are not just focusing on the event day for donations, we are earmarking the entire month to receive, solicit for and receive donations.”
He had named the beneficiaries of this year’s benefit concert to include A.I.M. Special Children Centre, Kaduna, Puresouls Learning Foundation, RECDOT Foundation, the Leprosy Mission Nigeria, the Cerebral Palsy Kids Learn Foundation.“in additionapart rom, he had said that apart from taking donations at this year’s benefit concert, they are makingOctober as a month of giving, noting that their hope is that this year’s campaign will enable them ‘’to raise robust support for the children we seek to help.

The duo opined that they are optimistic ‘’ to surpass the amount raised last year from the Green Worship benefit Concert, by raising N75 million this year. According Pastor Adenuga, the amount if raised from the Green Worship 5, Concert, will go a long way in meeting the needs of the five selected beneficiaries.
The Founders of two of the beneficiaries who were in attendance at the Media Parley, had praised the efforts of Worship for Change, noting that ’’its intervention remains the biggest of such support they have received over the years’’.
Mrs.Akande the Founder of Puresouls Learning Foundation, whose foundation was said to have engaged and supported indigent children living with autism, was said to have taken time out during the Media Parley ‘’to appreciate the efforts of Worship4Change’’, and called for media support through enlightenment and highlighting the challenges faced by children with special needs.
Mrs. Akande, Pastor Adenuga; and Founder, Cerebral Palsy Kids Learn Foundation, and Ajayi, during the media parley to create awareness for this year’s ‘Green Worship 5.0’, a benefit concert in support for indigent children, orphans and children with special needs, organised by Worship4Change, in Lagos had said that that they have no doubt in their mind that the N75million set target to be realsied from the Green worship free Concert would be met. Ajayi, and Pastor Adenuga, had shared how her foundation had engaged with over 500 families with children that have CP.
“We have been able to get over a hundred children living with CP mainstreamed in to schools and we have also trained teachers and that had their capacity to engage with these special children to enhance their skills.It was not surprising why they are convinced that with the support of Worship4Change, they will be able will reach more homes, touch more lives and bring smiles to the faces of hundreds of indigent children living with CP.
Pastor Adenuga, who could not hide his feelings had said that in addition to taking donations at this year’s benefit concert, they have concluded arrangement ‘’in making October a month of giving’’, noting that their hope is that this year’s campaign will enable us ‘’to raise a more robust support for the children we seek to help.”. He averred that over the years, Worship4Change had raised and disbursed over N75 million to 34 charity institutions, thereby directly impacting thousands of underprivileged children across Nigeria.
Adenuga, the founder of Cerebral Palsy Kids Learn Foundation , and Convener of this Year’s Worship For Change , benefit free Concert to rainse N75 million for underprivileged Nigerians had said that in 2021, alone, the Leprosy Mission, Farid Centre, Godswill Orphanage and Irede Foundation were beneficiaries of Green Worship concert, as the Orphanage homes receiving N1.8 million each.
