Volodymyr Zelenskyy, described as an illegitimate President of Ukraine appears to be enjoying the war with the Russian Federation because of the Pecuniary gains. At a recent of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation , NATO, members in Brussels, Germany , Zelenskyyy, who was invited to be at the meeting despite his country not being a member of the security Organisation, by Mark Rutte, a former Prime Minister of Netherland and Secretary General of the European Union, E, was said to have laid the card on the table for the ongoing war with Russian Federation to continue in 2026.
The Ukrainian President who has been shuttling between Brussels and Washington DC, Capital of the United States, US, to seek for financial support and weapons supply was said to have asked the Leadership of the EU, to release $120 billion to his government if the Organisation wants Ukraine to continue the war with the Russian Federation in 2026 and emerge victorious. He was said to have threatened the Leadership of the EU, that if they fail to release the amount to Ukraine to sustain the ongoing war with Russia, he would not hesitate but ‘’to raise the white Flag and surrender to President Vladimir Putin of Russia to end the war’’.
Until he vacated office in January 2023, to allow Donald Trump, his successor to step in, Joe Biden, the immediate past American President, have been very much involved in financing the Ukraine war and involved in supplying thousands of Patriot air defense battery and AMRAAN missiles to Zelenskyy to defend Ukraine and its people to sustain the war.

Trump may have continued from where his predecessor , who had rallied the entire NATO members to stand with the people of Ukraine had stopped to provide Ukraine with both financial and weapons supply support as he was said to have used his political weight to get the Congress to approve a $60 billion Aid for Ukraine and which was said to have been released to the country to procure weapons to sustain the war.
Former President Biden may not have given the Kremlin the opportunity to come to the conclusion that that NATO, was involved in the war with Russia with the supply of Joint Standoff Weapon, JSOW, long-range ammunition to Ukraine which strikes deep into Russia soil.
The US and EU, Leadership may have agreed to provide the needed support to Ukraine in order to win Russia in the war but may have been disappointed at the turn out of events as Ukraine is losing out with the massive destruction of basic infrastructural facilities in the country and now turning most of the Ukrainian cities including Kiev, the Capital as a shadow of itself.
Putin may have known that the US and other NATO members are preparing seriously for war with Russia as the 12 day- ultimatum given by President Trump to end the war with Ukraine approaches, that he has ordered the country’s Strategic Missile Command ‘’to prepare the deadly RS26 Oreshnik missiles which is capable of hitting Brussels, Germany; Paris, France; Rome, Italy; Warsaw. Ploland; Talinn, Estonia; Kiev; Riga, Latvia and London, United Kingdon, within minutes.
At a recent news conference in Scotland, Uk, Trump was said to have told Keir Starmer, the British, Prime Minister, during a state visit, that he would confirm the new deadline on Monday, September 22, 2025 or Tuesday, September 23, 2025, stating that the threat impose sanctions and secondary tariff on Moscow to weaken its economy.
Rutte, the EU, Secretary General may have known that the European country, not even Germany or France, which economy is on the brink of collapse or and the UK, can stand the Russian =Oreshnik missile for now that he was said to have pleaded with Putin not to use the weapon on Ukraine or any country in Europe.

The situation is so worrisome that Trump has threatened to drag other countries into the ongoing war with Russia to force it to surrender. Trump may have known that the world is standing on a keg of gun powder that he had sent Steve Witkoff, the US, Ambassador, Coordinating the Affairs of Ukraine and Russia to Putin for talks on how to bring the war with Ukraine to an end. Putin, according to an informed source was said to have told Trump and the EU, Leadership that the moment they stop funding Ukraine and supplying it with weapons and other long-range missiles to strike deep into the Russia, the war would stop on its own.
