Between 2022 and now, there have been several wars across the world over acquisition of territories or plot or facilitate regime change. The conflicts that already come to mind were of the Asian countries of India-Pakistan, the State of Israel and Palestine, Israel – Iran, and the ongoing Russia – NATO war, using Ukraine as a decoy. There is no gain saying the fact that the and North American of the United States, US, have been involved in most of these wars though supply of weapons and funding to show its strength.
This is evident with the ongoing -Ukraine-Russia war, Israeli- Palestinian and that of the Israeli-Iran war, that President Vladimir Putin , whose country was already at war with Ukraine, a US ally had stepped in because of the country’ to warn Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli Prime minister to stop the aggression against Iran or face the dire consequences of being wiped out from the face of the earth that the story would be: ‘’there was a state called Israel if he does not retrace its step.
Donald Trump, the US President may have alluded to this when he stated recently that the country can ‘’start a war and knows how to end it’’.
His problem with Narendra Modi, the Indian Prime minister, may have started because of his claims to having ended the war between the two Asian countries which the Indian Leader had dismissed as untrue. Being a former ally of the US, and which is not ready to take orders from Washington to run the country’s economy may have informed why the relationship between the duo went from bad to worse.
The US President had expected that he could easily control the India and China by giving the two countries an order not to buy crude oil, described as cheap from China to cripple the country financially that it would not be able to continue funding the war with Ukraine but got it wrong.
Many believe that if Russia were to be countries like Iran, Syria, surrounded by enemies it would have been wiped out from the world map. Given that it is not that weak country to be taken for granted by the US, and the other NATO -member countries appear to be giving the 32 member countries of the EU, a cause for concern.
The opportunity for the NATO countries to join forces to plot attack of Russia may have come with the recent explosion of a Russian drone targeted at Ukraine in the village of Osiny, near the border with Ukraine in the eastern Lublin province of Poland, a member country of the EU, which also shares a boundary with Belarus, an ally of Russia.
The Polish government, according to diplomatic sources, had contacted the Kremlin for explanation over the unprovoked attack but had apologized over the incident. The Russian leadership had expected that President Karol Nawrocki will accept the apology about the mistaken drone explosion but was said to have taken the matter to the EU meeting for further discussion and action.
As at May, 2025, Poland Authorities were said to have started making preparations for an eventual attack by Russia and how to contain such. The country’s military were said to have started training dozens of men and women who have answered the call to volunteer to protect the country against Russia. Donald Tusk, the British Prime Minister, had told Parliament last March that in preparation for Russia’s attack, by the end of this 2025, the government’s plan is to actualize its vision for every adult male in the country to be trained in the event of war with Russia.

There are indications that bulldozers had cleared thousands of kilometers of farmland north of Warsaw, the country’s capital, along the border with Russia to be used for landmine field while crews place neat rows of concrete anti-tank structures called hedgehogs that look like massive gray Lego pieces.
The Polish leader may have seen the country as the next to be targeted after Ukraine, which President Putin claims belongs to Russia will attack in his renewed aggression in eastern Europe. Diplomatic reports indicate that tensions are high in the heavily fortified border, between Poland and Russia.
The Polish authorities, which are not taking chances to avoid turning the country into another Ukraine that has become a shadow of itself, were said ‘’to have sealed off the country’s 232 km border with Russia’s Kaliningrad region’’, which is separated from the rest of the country’s regions.
This may have informed why getting to Moscow, the Russian capital, now requires a journey of more than 1,000 km and crossing two other European Union member countries, Lithuania and the Baltic Sea. Despite the isolation to ward off the Russian forces in case of any attack, the Polish region, according to diplomatic sources, still remains a vital military, shipping, and economic center for the Kremlin as of today.
President Trump, in his determination and commitment to the security of Europe, according to security reports was said to have ‘’deployed the US, 2nd Cavalry Regiment’’, to Orzysz, Poland, as part of ‘’the NATO Enhanced Forward Presence mission’’. This deployment, according to further bolster NATO’s eastern flank defenses amid the escalating Russian-Ukraine war.
Only recently, the Netherlands had sent 300 troops and air defense Patriot systems to Poland in preparation for any attack on NATO territory by Russia and to protect weapons supply to Ukraine. That much was confirmed by Reuben Brekelmans, the Dutch Minister of Defense.
The Dutch minister had said that the military support to Poland came alongside other countries also providing similar assistance to the NATO member country, which borders Ukraine. German authorities, on their part, were said to have deployed five Eurofighter combat aircraft to Poland ahead of the joint Russian-Belarusian military drills early this month of August to resolve questions of security and collective security in Europe.

On Saturday, August 23, 205, Ukraine drones hit back at Russia which had attacked the country with 37 of its drones as it set ablaze Isochi Depot as over 500 fire fighter trucks were deployed to put out the fire before it damage it beyond repair.
It would be recalled that Friday August 22, 2025, Voodymyr Zelensky, acting out a script of terrorists had destroyed the oil pipeline linking Russia to Hungary, Slovakia and other parts of Europe.
Until the Ukrainian President who has the support of the US, and the EU, Countries to the destroy the oil pipelines leading to Hungary and Slovakia, Presidents Tamas Suyok of Hungary and Peter Pel egrini, his Counterpart in Slovakia, were aid to have warned him at different times not to dare as their economy depend it but the Ukrainian Leader had turned his back on them. The message is very clear that Zelensky ha turned with Russia into an economic war by destroying Russia oil facilities that may hit the entire Europe, particular, German ny and Italy, which buy much of its oil and gas.

Information filtering out from Hungary and Slovakia indicates that the two countries had threatened to retaliate the attack on Zelensky’s home country, Ukraine, which economy are struggling to survive due to the ongoing war with Russia. The vandalization of Russian oil pipelines by that carries oil and gas to other EU, Countries have been cut off as well putting the entire Europe in an economic mess as the countries needs gas to heat up their homes and industries.

Many had expected President Putin, to be the one that would cut-off oil and gas supply to Europe because of their support to Zelensky through supply of weapons and funding to sustain the ongoing with the country but the reverse is the case. This may have why the Russian Leader had told Trump to put on hold all plans about peace talks with Zelensky until he accepts his new conditions: institute Russian Language in Donestk, Donbas, Kherson, Luhansk and all other captured regions which the Ukrainian President is not ready to do as he gives his own conditions for peace.
Unconfirmed report said Zelenskyy could call the bluff of Putin because he has gotten weapon supplies from the EU and NATO, which was said to have also prompted him to launch missile attacks against Russia two major cities destroying lives including properties worth millions of US dollars. The message is very clear that Russia -Ukraine war has escalated and which may turn against Ukraine. Notwithstanding the EU and NATO supplies of weapons to Ukraine, the country on its own, according to security report have a strong military next to Russian in the entire Europe but Zelenskyy my have turned the tide against the country with the vandalization of the Russian pipelines.

The US, over the years which had been involved in sponsoring wars in other countries, mobilizing other NATO members to do so, appears to have turned the weapon against the South American country of Venezuela, allegedly to fight the drug cartel pushing dangerous drugs into the country, but actually wants a regime change in the country.
Determined to facilitate a regime change in Venezuela, described as a home of drug traffickers, Trump was said to have deployed 4,000 troops and three warships to Venezuela to curb drug trafficking by the Latin American drug cartels. Trump had accused the Venezuelan leader, Nicholas Maduro, of leading the Cartel of the Suns, translated to mean Cartel de los Soles, a cocaine trafficking gang.
The US government had designated the Maduro-led drug cartel as a terrorist organization last July, labeling it as supporting the Venezuelan crime group Tren de Aragua and Mexico’s Sinaloa drug cartels, which were also said to have been designated as terrorist organizations earlier this 2025.
Trump may have seen the planned invasion of Venezuela as an opportunity for regime change. The Latin American president, who is not ready to capitulate under the US president, was said to have deployed over 4.5 million militiamen that are fully prepared, activated, and armed to ensure coverage of the entire Venezuela to counter the US attack.

The US president may have sent a message to the Venezuelan president, Nicholas Maduro, that the game is over as he has placed a reward of $50 million for his arrest on what the president claims are drug offenses linked to drug trafficking. There are indications that the US president may have also targeted Mexico and Colombia for attack over alleged drug trafficking by the cartels.
To forestall turning the South American countries into a testing ground for US newly manufactured drones and cruise missiles may have informed why Cuba, Colombia, and Mexico, all North American countries which could be affected, have seen the US presence in Venezuela as a threat to them and have vowed to join Venezuela in the fight against the US.
The question on the lips of most people was: How would feel, if Russia, China and Iran, decides to throw their weight on Venezuela by supplying the country with sophisticated drones and cruise missiles to fight the battle with America, as the later did to Ukraine and Israel, this may prolong to another tragic war that may deflate the US military strength and affect its economy.
